What a transformation!
After 20+ years of smoke-stained plaster, this property has had a full refresh including new flooring, new stove, new toilet, fresh paint throughout and brand-new blinds.

🔧 Work may include:
• General repairs & maintenance
• Minor plumbing (leaks, tap washers)
• Minor electrical (light bulbs etc.)
• Painting, caulking, small carpentry jobs
• Fencing, lawn mowing & gardening
• Occasional cleaning assistance

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Experience in general maintenance/handyman work
• Reliable, punctual & able to work independently
• Basic plumbing & carpentry knowledge
• Own basic hand tools
• Police Check & Working With Children Check
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle with tow bar
