We are currently on the hunt for a factory foreman here at Aspire!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone great to join an already amazing team! If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to keep a factory floor running smoothly, motivate a team, and take pride in organisation and efficiency - we want to hear from you!!

The role will involve:

✔️ Supervising factory floor operations
✔️ Managing inwards goods & dispatch
✔️ Maintaining housekeeping standards
✔️ Supporting and coordinating the production team

🔹 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
🔹 Forklift licence preferred
🔹 Inward applications from current Aspire employees are welcome

Check this out! This was cut on our CNC machine by our talented programmer, Matt, who’s spent countless hours mastering what this machine can really do. 👌

We’ve been a little quiet on socials lately - and we’re sorry about that! But don’t worry, it’s definitely not because things have been slow 😅

Our team has been flat out behind the scenes, pumping out job after job, quote after quote… and yes, the occasional bill too 😉 (okay maybe a few… but who’s counting!)

But never fear - we’re back with some photos to share! 📸

Take a look at this incredible job out at Waterhouse in Bridport. This was a big one, and we were lucky enough to team up with our mates at Tas City Building 🙌

We are absolutely in love with how this turned out. Every detail just works, including the intergrated fridge and dishwasher for that seamless finish 👌And that view… wow. Even on a cloudy autumn day, it’s still breathtaking.

We feel pretty lucky to do what we do - helping bring our clients’ visions and dreams to life never gets old, and the finished result always leaves everyone blown away.

There’s definitely more to come from this project… but we couldn’t resist sharing a little sneak peek! 👀

We absolutely love what we do here at Aspire, and it’s honestly hard to pick just one thing that stands out above the rest… BUT... one of the things we do love is the variety of work our team gets to experience every day. No two days are ever the same - especially for our apprentices!

Check out Flynn, our newest apprentice, on the jackhammer bringing up some asphalt on one of our jobs. 💪

While he’s learning the skills to become a qualified cabinet maker, he’s also picking up plenty of practical, hands-on experience along the way - skills that will help him wherever life takes him.
