Why remove this skirting board?
Because another clever carpenter used nails that were too long, went through the wall into the now "fixed" sliding door.
We are never just painters, we are always fixing up mistakes that others sadly don't care or don't know how to fix.
Today door works well, plus skirting and wall repaired also.

Some tradesman really are unskilled ripp off thieves, and most likely not tradesman to begin with.
This ceiling was repaired for painting less than 6 months ago, and its all on the floor from no prior preparation or brains.
