Good morning! Bit of a progress update on this project in Collingwood park. After our first pre start video the other day.
This client had hired someone a while ago to prepare the area and do stepping pavers, rocks and a few other things. Until a few red flags started. We have the task of making their vision happen. But unfortunately when something is started or done with poor preparation everything has to come out and start again.
We have cleared alot of the grass and started re shaping the ground fall. We will also add extra ground drainage were there is pooling issues. But along the side where the looked to be fall it was not good as you can see in the photos there is black plastic under the rocks its hiding large hollows along the house that were trapping water and also the drains were above that level with plastic covering them doing nothing.
We will get this preparation with proper fall before restarting.

Good morning everyone! The rain has slowed us up but kept on moving. Also when doing any projects where digging its important to check for under ground services with a before you dig checks. This job showed a gas line up the centre of the complex. That finished in close proximity. So we engaged a service locator and found that the old gas line was polly. With no trace line. And the gas company required a vaccum pot hole to confirm it didn't come through to the wall.

This is the second wall finished approximately 11 metres long with TUFFPOLY composite system in charcoal.

When mother nature says let there be Rain 🌧. Xander and I just keep doing what we can. New retaining wall coming along hopefully the rain clears up tomorrow so we can finish drainage and clean up etc. This has been a mission between non stop weather. Managing underground gas. With a service locator and vacuum pot hole digging. We just keep on chipping. Final progress reveal hopefully by the end of the week.

Good morning everyone. It's been a bit of a wet fun week on the current project and cant wait to share final job.
For now here is a colorbond fence from a couple of weeks ago in willowbank. We removed the old timber fence and installed a 46 metre side fence and raked to follow the block in sawtooth profile surfmist colour plus the return and new double gates in monument sawtooth at the front.

Good morning everyone!
Here is another creation we completed in Bellbird Park. Small aluminium front fence. New front garden bed and spread out the plants added fresh garden soil and bark. Removed garden from in front of windows. Prepared across front and down side with crusher dust ,geo fabric then installed a edge that was supplied and finished with stepping pavers and salt and pepper rocks , washed and sealed with landscape lock.
Built and installed a new 13 metre long garden bed with sleepers and galvanised steel posts. Filled with garden soil. Installed some plants and finished with bark chip.

Happy Thursday everyone! I love seeing how previous projects are going this was a pondless waterfall I did mid last year now plants are more established and natural moss on the rocks. And oh my goodness the cousin it plant looks amazing. Just back for some other work for this previous client.

Happy Friday afternoon! Here is the final reveal and progress photos of this amazing transformation in Springfield lakes. We removed the old brick mail box and stumps. To start fresh. We prepared the area. Installed a new TUFFPOLY composite retaining wall in charcoal including drainage. Built up and compacted the front yard. Installed a new PVC picket fence returning back to the house with a gate. Built and installed garden bed with plants and cypress chip. Fitted separation edge and filled a border of river rocks then cleaned and sealed them with landscape lock. Prepared the ground with under turf soil and finished with fresh turf. Plus installed a new mail box from Milkcan Outdoor . Here at fix it with kev outdoor creations we love seeing theese transformations come together ❤️.
