We’re a small, close-knit team and are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join us.

This is a casual position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase over time. School hours can be accommodated, making this role ideal for someone seeking flexibility.
🌳 An immediate start is preferred, with the role beginning on a brief trial basis.

🌟 About the role:
• General office administration duties
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Booking jobs and liaising with customers
• Basic data entry.
• Supporting day-to-day business operations
• Opportunity to grow with a well-established local business
• Located in Seventeen Mile Rocks

• Well organised with great attention to detail
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Confident using computers and basic office software
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous admin experience preferred.
