Probably one my last jobs. Over on the north side of Brisvegas. New gal posts done and new timber beams and then a coat over existing timber and posts to make things all pretty. 😉

2026 has been welcomed in. I held a " workshop " for the DIY folks from my local community. It was a what product, preparation, tools and background type, just to get them confident in undertaking their own projects. There was also some myth busting, science, maths and truths exposed. :) Remember, advice from KPS is free and honest. 😉😎

Sometimes life throws brick bats at you. Bugga. Yesterday I had a whoopsie.........tried to fix it straight away, but " bad luck " got in the way, so , today I fixed it. FYI, if you see a painters ute covered in paint, but it looks like it has been there for a while, think about how much they care about their own property and ask yourself, would they apply the same level of care to my property, if I had them do work at my place. 24 hrs. That is all it took to " look professional ". 😉🤷😎

Completed another " inside bank-job " today. 🤣🤣 You'll figure out which one. Hand over is Monday, but my work here is done.

Been a tad busy. Below is a short video of an ongoing job. 28 windows to be done, but the first 7 are now complete. Timber casement windows, stripped, repaired and painted. 😎
