By complete accident this pumpkin vine sprung up from our compost heap. It was wild and messy but boy was it worth it! I sure do love garden surprises 😁

When planing the garden, roses were never in the forefront of my mind. But I am grateful my wife loved them enough to demand they go in. ❤ 🌹❤️

🌷 Story Time!! 🌷
Late last year my ❤ and I made the big jump and purchased our own slice of paradice. We both had such big dreams for what we wanted to change and achieve and got a little swept up in the excitement of it all. After the flurry of settling on the property and moving in, we quickly came face to face with the fact that turning our house into the home we envisioned was definitely going to be more of a hike then a sprint. With the growing season fast approaching I was forced to make some considerations regarding what was going to be fiscally possible in the time frame I had, requiring me to do some research and become more ingenuative and thrifty. However, looking back I would not have wanted it any other way... yes it's not pretty or exactly what I wanted, but I made this, and now I have a massive garden bed to grow delicious produce in for my family this season 😊🌾☀️

I thought they were dwarf sunflowers for the longest time because I had put a whole bunch of random seeds in the pot, but nope...Zinnia's!
