From the very first consultation to final handover — this beautiful waterfront apartment renovation was over 12 months in the making, and we’re proud to have been part of the journey from day one.
Being involved in the early design stages allowed us to collaborate closely with the acoustic engineers, ensuring the correct underlay specification was selected before a single board was laid. In high-end apartment living, acoustic compliance isn’t optional — it’s critical — and getting it right early makes all the difference.
Before installation, the project required extensive concrete levelling works to achieve the flatness tolerance required for a premium engineered timber floor. Proper preparation is everything. The finish is only as good as the foundation beneath it.
