Finished a shower rebuild in Pakenham. Unfortunately the client chose the wrong builder and was ripped off. Substandard workmanship, 3 months to complete a simple shower rebuild and then it leaks. Apparently this person took money and disappeared.

Avanse was engaged to clean up the mess.
Attached is photos of what we delivered in 5 working days.

Latest bathroom done for a client in Frankston. This home was built in the 1930's and threw quite a few challenges at us but we got there in the end.
Solid brick and rendered walls. Copper pipes embedded in cement were some of the problems we had to address.
But the end result came up nice and the homeowner was happy.

Lockdown challenges caused a huge couple of weeks but we got there in the end. Thank you Kitty and Tony for choosing Ava...

Wow what a week. My first encounter with a possum. He was squatting inside the walls of our lastest project in Upwey.He wasnt happy when we evicted him from his humble abode. Rest assurd he frighten us more than we did him and he is now safely wandering outside the house.
Zoom in and you can clearly see his rear end poking out from the wall. It took me a second to work out what it was. Lol

Another one done and dusted in Dingley. A big thank you to Katherine and Phil for choosing Avanse to renovate your ensuite. It was a pleasure working for the both of you and I hope to cross paths with you both again in the future. Katherine chose to go with black fittings for her ensuite and it come out beautiful I think.
Now let the holidays begin.
