Made a new friend today in Narre Warren East 🐎
Old broken clothes drier removed from the wall along with the old mount.. wall then filled and sanded.... Old 9v smoke detectors replaced with 10yr Lithium battery smoke detectors ... hole in deck enlarged to allow a tree to grow... I'm sure I heard it sigh when I cut the hole larger 🤔🤣🤣🤪

Replacing old timber garden edging with Corten steel edging today for a VIP client in South Gippsland... Old timber removed along with the old stakes... lawn edged... new 2.4m sections of Corten steel edging installed along with new stakes and joiners... love this product as it has a safety roll top edge which makes it safe for kids and pets... and it's made by an Aussie company.... it'll look amazing once it starts to rust👌😊

I think that's a record for me... a repair at home fixed in under 2 weeks 🤪🤣😉
I managed to finish a job earlier than anticipated today... giving me an ideal opportunity to fix this damaged eaves board at home... Old damaged board cut...rotten timber (from a previous water leak) replaced.. new sheet cut to size and fixed in place... sanded, filled and painted. You'd never know 🤔😉👍🏼

Kitchen splashback silicone refesh... Old mouldy silicone cut out.. new fresh Translucent silicone bead applied 👍🏼

Ensuite refesh today... after a massive 2 min commute... existing wall and floor grout ground back in the shower... old silicone cut out... walls regrouted in ultra - white coloured grout, floor regrouted in charred ash grout... floor outside the shower then had the grout ground back before regrouting with charred ash coloured grout... all shower silicone replaced 👍🏼😊 Fresh 👌

Sliding robe door fixed 😊👌 what started off as a suspected wheel jumping from the track soon escalated into a disintegrated wheel and bent bracket... no amount of grease in the track was going to sort that issue.... new wheels sourced... upper trim removed for access and door supported on the Viking Arm lifters... track cleaned of all the old black grease (and there was a lot)... bracket straightened and wheels changed ... track lightly lubricated before testing and refitting the upper trim... slides like new👍🏼😁

Starting the week off with a shower refresh... new silicone and grout... the old grout didn't look that bad... until you looked closely.. it had been previously regrouted and the finish wasn't that great, and lot of "overgrout" left on the tiles which made it more challenging for me and a PITA for the owner to keep the tiles clean.
Old grout ground back, I then had to scrape and Polish each tile to get rid of the "overgrout" ... Old silicone cut out... before regrouting in white and applying fresh white and Translucent silicone. 👌😊
