Property Refresh Completed In Tooborac 🏠✨

We recently assisted a client in Tooborac with a variety of maintenance and improvement works to help get their property market-ready!

The project involved interior painting, flooring replacement, cornice restoration, wall repairs, plaster patching, and a complete floor restoration throughout the home. Every task was completed with the goal of improving the home's overall presentation and ensuring the property was looking it absolute best before hitting the market.

Old Wandong General Store Transformation Now Completed! ✨

We are grateful to have been given the opportunity to facilitate major works at the Old Wandong General Store - helping prepare this commercial property for lease!

Full Garden Clean-Up Completed In Kilmore East! ✅

We recently carried out a full garden tidy-up for a client in Kilmore East as both the front and backyard had become significantly overgrown and hard to manage. The service included thorough weeding, hedging, pruning, and mowing to help bring everything back to a neat, and more manageable level.

All edges of garden beds were sharpened up and all green waste was collected and disposed of - leaving the property looking refreshed, tidy and more appealing! ⭐

Full Exterior Paint Completed In Tallarook! 🏡✨

A client reached out to us wanting to freshen up the exterior of her home by introducing a new modern colour scheme to enhance the property's overall appearance - and we were more than happy to make that happen!

Before we touched a paint brush, we completed several carpentry upgrades to ensure everything was structurally sound and ready. This included replacing and installing new baseboards where required, removing the front verandah cement sheeting, replacing the carport fascia and two posts, and installing new handrails to the front verandah.

Once the carpentry aspect was complete, we moved onto the roof restoration, this included a thorough pressure wash, followed by one coat of Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane as an undercoat, and finished with two coats of semi-gloss "Surfmist" for a clean, bright and modern look, which was also applied to all gutters and downpipes surrounding the property.

All fascias, eaves, window frames and doors were coated in Dulux Weathershield Semi Gloss "Antique White USA", giving the home a crisp finish. The weatherboards were thoroughly sanded, caulked and filled before applying Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen "Dieskau", tying in beautifully with the light colour scheme. While all baseboards, including the front fence, screen doors, window awnings were finished in Dulux Weathershield Semi Gloss "Night Sky" to add contrast! (Approximately 90% of all timber surfaces were undercoated using oil and water based primers, ensuring maximum adhesion and long-term durability)

To complete what has been an incredible transformation, the decking was pressure washed, thoroughly sanded, and finished with two coats of Haymes Dexpress in Merbau, creating a stunning and refreshed front decking area ready to be enjoyed.

Overgrown Mow Completed In Beveridge - From Knee-High to Neat & Tidy! ✅

We recently attended to an urgent, heavily overgrown lawn in Beveridge that was well overdue for some attention. We stepped in, knocked it down, and completed a full tidy-up, removing all green waste from site. The end result? A fresh, clean and manageable lawn that has completely transformed the backyard and is back to looking at it's best 👍

New Cordova Gazebo Installed In Kilmore! 🛠️✅

We recently assisted a client in Kilmore with the assembly and installation of a brand new Cordova Gazebo, supplied as a flat pack from Bunnings!

The installation included setting four concrete stumps to securely support the posts, ensuring a solid and strong foundation. We also had some spare concrete available, so we poured a small additional slab to accommodate a fire-pit - a perfect addition heading into the cooler weather for the client.

Once fully assembled and fixed in place, the gazebo looks fantastic and offers the perfect outdoor space ready to be enjoyed all year round👍
