This split-level home's tiled roof and patio roof got a full transformation.

We soft washed them properly to remove years of organic growth. We never blast roofs with high pressure - because not only are there many risks with using high-pressure on roofs, but soft washing actually kills the organic growth at its roots, for longer-lasting results.

Also cleaned the solar panels using our deionized water system to help them run at peak efficiency again.

Colorbond granny flat roof & a driveway rescued for Jackie 👌

The roof was looking brown from heavy organic growth, but after a proper soft wash treatment it came back to its original cream colour.

We don’t blast roofs with high pressure. Soft washing kills the organic growth at the root and avoids forcing water into potential leak points - and the results last longer too, as we use a chemical that kills the growth completely.

Tiled roof all clean and ready for a much-needed repaint!

Heavy lichen build-up meant the roof needed multiple treatment applications and careful rinsing to remove it properly. We soft wash roofs to kill the organic growth without damaging the tiles.

With the older paint already wearing thin, high pressure would have caused an obscene amount of paint to be stripped. That's just one of the many reasons we soft wash tiled roofs!

Had a property manager reach out asking for a quote on 2 properties on the same lot. We quoted fast, and got both done for him at a great price because of their proximity! 💪

Cleared and flushed the gutters on both homes, and cleaned the roof on the larger property.

Its Colorbond roof had significant lichen and organic build-up, so we soft washed and agitated where needed to restore it safely. Proper roof treatment makes all the difference.

Driveway, fences and feature stone cleaned for Tracy 💪

The timber fencing hadn’t been touched in years and the driveway was heavily soiled. We also restored the natural stone features that had thick black organic growth across the surface.
