My first planting of seedlings for my summer crops have been in for a few weeks now. Oh how exciting it was to discover my first two tomatoes and to see my eggplants and capsicums flowering (it was windy so the flowers are a bit blurry in the photos).

Giving a loved garden some TLC for a friend who finds it difficult to tend to her garden. I'll be popping back to check how it's growing next week and will post some 'refreshed' photos. I'm keen to see the difference after we cleared the w**ds, refreshed the soil by adding some compost, planted out some established plants (grown from cuttings and seeds) and added mulch.

One of my life time passions has been gardening. It's only recently that I realised how much joy getting my hands dirty and watching things grow can bring. It has helped me cope with my grief and mental health challenges.

As I worked with a client helping them establish a vegie patch from scratch and grow seedlings from seed, I realised just how good gardening is for the soul!

With another child starting school next year, I've decided to expand my gardening business, but I won't just be coming to w**d and refresh your garden!

Whilst I'll continue to provide gardening services, I'm looking for clients who are in need of a Support Worker to help them build capacity to create their own growing space.

I'll be taking on new clients (NDIS or privately funded) who need someone to work alongside them to start a vegetable patch or refresh existing flower gardens. I'm keen to share my knowledge, skills and passion to help others catch the gardening bug, so the focus will be on teaching and supporting you to grow from seeds and cuttings. If you don't have access to your own space to create a garden, I'm developing a communal garden area where you can experience the joy of making something grow.

If you think my services can provide the support you need to get growing, please send me a message or email [email protected] and we'll arrange to meet and chat.

I have limited availability for an additional 2 clients this year, but in February next year will have availability for an additional 4 clients.
