Cast door knocker coming back to its beauty after decades of being painted over hiding the tiniest of details.

Whilst we are uncovering this detail, we are also attempting to learn more about this piece, who made it, when and what are the details emerging under the layers.

At first glance it appeared to be an abstract of a female form, then a face, now we see blooming flowers!
