🌸 JUNIOR FLORISTRY TRAINEE – RARE OPPORTUNITY 🌸

Singleton Florist is offering a rare opportunity for a Junior Floristry Trainee to join our small, creative team 💐 cert 2 floristry.
This role is best suited to someone who has just finished Year 11 or Year 12 and is looking to start a hands-on, creative career in floristry.
✨ About the role:
• On-the-job training in floristry
• Learning flower care, prep, basic design and styling
• Customer service and retail skills
• Real behind-the-scenes florist life (this is not just pretty Instagram moments)
✨ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has amazing customer service skills
• Is proactive and takes initiative — if something needs doing, you do it
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
🚗 Requirements:
• Must have a P-plate driver’s licence
• Must be available to work two Saturdays per month (non-negotiable) ( plus additional sats when our other star is off work.
⏰ Hours:
At the moment, this is a part-time traineeship, with approximately 20–31 hours per week, depending on business needs.
📌 Important Information – Please Read Carefully:
Floristry has peak periods, and availability during these times is essential.
• Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are blockout periods — leave is not granted
• Must be available to work Valentine’s Day,Mothers day , plus the 1-2 weeks before and the week after
• Must be available to work Christmas, including the week leading up to Christmas
• Please note: Christmas does not require availability for the week after
