Okay so many of you may be finding that although your water tank is full... you still seeming to be using town water.

There is a good chance that this little filter is blocked.
What you need to do is remove the bottom cover and look for this copper Y piece.
Inside is a small wire strainer that after all this fire smoke and now rain is sure to be blocked. Remove the Y piece and clean the strainer to access all that free water inside your tank.

Remember... this work should always be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
