Good old fashioned 'Mr Fix it & odd jobs". Those jobs the 'Tradies' cannot be bothered with but still need to be done:
Small carpentry,
appliance diagnosis & repair,
fixing a leak,
patching a wall,
installing security cameras & locks,
EMF and Thermal analysis of your house,
changing the oil on the car or even the mower,
small welding and milling jobs,
cleaning the fireplace,
mount a TV and hook up the home network,
make vegie garden wicking beds or run irrigation,
put together that Ikea flat pack furniture.

Heres a Tip: got window tinted with film? Never use abrasive pads or razors to get marks off. Don’t use cleaning products with ammonia in them. It will turn the film purple and at very least shorten the lifespan.

Most of us regard ‘glass’ as pretty tough stuff. Pissst... it’s not! You could be doing your glass a dis-service if you think you can clean windows without removing the flyscreens. The Screen mesh material disperses rain droplets, reducing the rains glass washing force. The minerals that build up on screen etch glass. Rain Spray transfers these etching minerals onto your glass. Worst still, if you brush the screens so hard that the screen stretches to touch the glass, it too will rub and act like sand paper. Flyscreen that touch deposit minerals onto the glass which etch it - for good!
Believe me I know, removing them is a pain but 8/10 the screened glass is the one you really need to clean.

Here is a tip for the DIY window cleaner. If you have paint splatter or tree sap etc on the glass, be sure to keep the glass soapy wet when using a razor scraper. Glass scratches very easily.

Always work on a wet (soapy) glass with a scraper/razor.
