I reopen Thursday, Friday, Saturday this week, still lots of interesting, unusual very edible herbs available, plant now for winter cropping, flavour up winter salads

Sweet mace/ Mexican tarragon, aniseed herb, great for teas, use like tarragon, companion herb.

Rock Samphire, sweet fennel flavour, all parts edible.

Mushroom plant, mushroom flavoured leaves

Lebanese cress parsley/carrot flavoured leaves

Red veined sorrel, lemony piquant leaves for salads.

French Sorrel, salads, soups, winter salad mix

Nettle late winter, spring greens very nutritious

N.Z warrigal greens, use like spinach, prolific
