So sad to hear of David Hockney’s exit from this world. A true inspiration who explored his art with many mediums across his life. His iPad drawings are exquisite. Little gems of joy. I read this morning that the Tate gallery once switched off the smoke alarms so he could have a cigarette during the launch of his exhibition. Rest peacefully David knowing that your art will continue to inspire and you were a true ‘legend’ as they say here in Australia 🎨 🚬

NEW MOKOH designs coming soon. Celebrating our little backyard birds here in Western Australia. The cheeky little dancing Willie wagtails on fuchsia grevellia and new holland honeyeaters on the Albany wooly bush. Andy drew these birds and plants pre stroke (when his right hand was able) and it’s lovely now to let it shine. His new left hand has applied them to some of our products. Yay. So they are launching on greeting cards, art prints and magnets for now. You may see them on other products of ours if the response is good. You can pre order now on our website. Oops. Calendar turning time was yesterday and a public holiday here in WA. So I’m a day late. Sorry. June is here guys. How did that happen? Half way through 2026. Hope your first half has been filled with lots of amazing things. Now get planning your second half. Make it happen whatever you do!

We’ve been working on some MOKOH maintenance lately. Like these NEW updated single magnet backing cards. We will be gradually introducing more over the next few months. It made me happy today prepping these magnets for our wholesalers. Hope you like them too 😁 have a lovely evening folks! #

Lots on the MOKOH studio table this week. Ticking down the hours until the weekend. Who am I kidding? When you run your own business you never really shut off. Even when I’m out and about in our van Vanessa I still look out for inspiration . Luckily I love what we do 🥰 having a home studio means I can take a pause in the garden, put a wash load on, pack cards and watch Race across the world at the same time, make tea, grow herbs, go for walk, attend my yoga classes and pop to our local coffee shop and generally never sit still 😜 happy weekend folks 😘

Busy Monday in the MOKOH studio today topping up our amazing stockists. Some people think we are a fully blown business but it’s just little old me in the small studio these days. Andy helps when he can in between rehab appointments but Together we create, prep, set up accounts and pack your orders for you. Thanks heaps for buying our creations when you’ve been out on your holibobs. Always grateful. These goodies are heading out to Love ya lovelies 🦋

April already - have you changed your MOKOH calendar yet? hope you all had a lovely long weekend. I escaped to Margaret river for a wonderful yoga camping retreat with Ann Dragon and friends A beautiful treat of yoga, yummy food (thanks to the magic of Jo) immersed in nature at What a treat ☺️ I feel replenished, topped up and ready to roll again.
