Following on from previous post I have started the interior on this home started in the garage and will work my way through taking small pieces of the home so my clients are still able to happily live! Garage came up mint with some good prep work!

Been a while since I’ve posted anything been so far behind but slowly catching up! A recent repaint for Nick and Abby the posts and hand rail came up really nice we matched the posts and handrails to the existing windows/gutters and certainly looks the part lots of prep involved in stripping posts back to bare but got there in the end ☺️

And if your wondering how I painted around all that steel wire ? Yes I took every screw out couldn’t see an easier way 1000 odd screws later was put back together 😂

💥 Major ceiling repairs 💥

I was tasked with getting these ceilings back to a respectable state to help get this home ready for sale. No ceilings had been undercoated the paint was quite literally falling off. luckily for me there were some areas were the paint has somehow managed to stick to the bare sheets which meant not a complete strip back. They have come up great after a lot of scraping and filling!
