Before & After.

This Richmond home was designed by us 9 years ago with the ability to grow over time - if needed.

Rather than building everything at once, the home was planned to allow for a future extension - including two additional bedrooms and bathroom wing - when the time (and budget) was right.

In the end, the extension was never needed BUT the long-term master plan still adds huge value today for its future owners, because they already know what’s possible.

A renovation isn’t always about doing everything now. Sometimes it’s about planning smarter for later.

There’s a whole generation of 90’s homes out there just waiting for their moment.

Tiled gabled roofs, featured angled walls, timber bay windows and brick veneer and brick paving to match. Slightly awkward layouts, more angled walls and often internal level changes BUT usually generous in space and structurally sound!
