This rear addition brings meaningful connection between living spaces and newly created pockets of garden. The original fabric of the Edwardian home will undergo a huge reinvigoration to breathe new life into previously unused spaces
Injecting warmth, convenience and comfort, this new chapter will see our client enjoy many more years in this beautiful home.

The old Art Deco charm had much going for it already, the owners just wanting to bring it in to the 21st Century. The well-structured bones, stylish features, and established garden just needed some thoughtful interventions.

The redesigned kitchen, laundry and bathroom inject new warmth, convenience and comfort. Deep green is offset by timber and bronze, allowing the fine craftsmanship and meticulous design to be the heroes.

Stay tuned for Part 2, an addition which will further contribute to meaningful connection between living spaces and the rear yard.

FULTON HOUSE
Our client's existing bathroom was cold, dark and poorly ventilated. Some small interventions such as, a new walk in shower, vanity with easy to use storage, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and a quality exhaust unit have made a significant impact and offered our clients many more years of enjoyable light-filled living.

It's now a comfortable and functional and pretty lovely space to use.

FULTON HOUSE
Our clients love where they live but decided it was time to make a series of small and thoughtful interventions to improve the functionality and liveability of their existing apartment.

It was important to address mobility and ergonomics. So, making it a lovely, easy, sustainable, low maintenance place for them to live long term was our priority.

Seeing our clients loving their newly renovated environment, is the happy moment for us.
