A little over 2 years ago, I was approached by a client looking for a new gardener to maintain their property.
What started as a routine maintenance quote, quickly morphed into our biggest job yet.
A full garden reset!!
- Remove all plants and suggest new design ideas
- Remove existing irrigation, lighting, trees, stumps, plants, THE LOT!
Once removal was complete and our suggestions were accepted, it was onto the fun part!
- New top soil
- Engage professional irrigation installation for all garden beds and lawns
- Planting of entire garden with appropriate trees, shrubs and hedges to compliment the beautiful home such as multiple Magnolias, Lorapetalum, Euonymus, Ficus, Gingko and Korean Box. In total approx 1500 plants
- Installation of a privacy screen adjacent to pool
- Mulching of all garden beds
Since then, it's been a joy to maintain this garden and watch it really start to mature.
Made all the more enjoyable thanks to lovely and very thankful clients who were happy to accommodate our existing schedule during the process.
