We love the charms and challenges of inner city projects. We cope with - maybe even enjoy - demanding heritage contexts, weird sites and eccentric clients. We believe that quality is always better than quantity and great ideas trump bling every day of the week.

A lot of scaremongering in media about the terrible things that MIGHT happen if CGT is changed... but not so much about the terrible things that ARE happening already.

CGT discount is the single biggest driver of the crushing house prices in Australia. If you ever want to own a home, things have to change.
