Since starting “Mojo Makeovers” 15 years ago I’ve never changed my rates. However, as of the beginning of the new financial year a straight pointed stone wall will cost a maximum of $500 per square metre and a wall with heavily recessed mortar $400 per square metre. Labour is $65 per hour and I charge out materials at trade prices. To put this in perspective, a fairly standard price for a straight concrete sleeper wall, is also $500 per square metre. So the choice is, which of these do you want in your garden?
