An update for you on 63 Prince Street:

Asbestos has been removed - I used Strongguard (07 3623 4400) and was happy with the work.
The lean to, garage etc. have gone and you have a clear run at the site for the townhouses. I have got Vu to initiate the process of applying for the services and approvals etc that you mentioned to Doreen.

Concrete and garage slab at the rear of the property have been removed. I used Carey's Plant hire (Tony - mob 0400 500 577) and was very pleased with the service I got. The guys were on time, worked quickly and skillfully and got good rates for dumping the concrete. Speaking to the next door neighbour, it seems when he dug out he found some free dump sites for the earth - I will follow that up.

Interior work proceeds apace. albeit slower than a professional team as Doreen and I are doing most of it with the help of our tenant by way of a barter trade.
