Nurture green is professional garden maintenance company in Sydney.
We focus on garden maintenance and soft scaping, which gives us the ability to offer a premium service to our clients. We take pride in our work and enjoy what we do.
Working hours are generally 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Skills and Experience
Qualified in Horticulture and have a good knowledge of the horticulture trade, including plant and w**d identification.
Hold a current Manual drivers licence
Able to work independently, as a team leader or as part of a team.
Teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices.
Complete all aspects of garden maintenance at a high quality as well managing a team.
Monitor the health of gardens and have an approach that progressively improves the quality of our jobs.
Good time management skills.
Have experience in all aspects of garden maintenance including:
- Hedging and topiary
- Pruning
- Weeding
- Pest and disease control
- Irrigation settings
- Plant health etc
You will be working with all of our team members at a variety of jobs.
Have excellent communication skills.
A strong attention to detail and have a great work ethic.
Reliable, punctual and hard working.
Benefits
Rate of pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
You will be provided with a company work van as part of your package.
Work shirts and a pair of boots each year is part of your package.
All equipment and PPE is provided.

Leading Hand Gardener: $26 -$30
We are looking for applicants who are friendly, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working to join our team.

Apprentice Gardener
Nurture green is a premium garden maintenance company that focuses on the residential Gardens.We have a great team on board and our friendly working environment makes it really enjoyable to work outdoors.
We are offering an apprenticeship in Parks & Gardens Cert111 which will give you the qualification of a Horticulturist. The apprenticeship is 3-4 years. The TAFE studies are 1 day a week for 3 years. We do all aspects of gardening work including pruning, w**d control, hedging & shaping, fertilising, plant selection, planting, soil/compost addition, mulching, irrigation, lawn care and installation etc.
