Christmas Hams now available 🍗🍗 They look absolutely incredible!

We have been patiently storing all of our pork legs throughout the year from our small heritage pig herd. All of our pigs are raised on pasture in large open paddocks. This creates strong, healthy animals with a varied natural diet 🌿

This produces delicious pork with a depth of flavor. Combined with slow food butchering, the hams are cured for over a week (usually the process happens in a day). This results in beautiful tasty hams ✨
