Flowering beautifully: Acacia fimbriata - Fringed Wattle

Attractive tall shrub or small tree with fine, dainty foliage that gives it a soft and graceful appearance during the year and bursts into clusters of golden-yellow, ball-shaped flowers with a faint sweet perfumeโ€”bringing colour, fragrance, and pollinators to the garden.

Did you know? This wattle is fast-growing and makes an excellent screening plant, particularly in moist or poorly drained sites.

Excellent fast-growing screen or hedge
Attracts birds and butterflies
Tolerates poor drainage and wet conditions
Native to much of the east coast of Australia

Melicope elleryana - Pink Euodia

Tree with soft, corky whitish bark and glossy green foliage. Produces bright pink flowers along the branches in summer. Dark brown fruits with black seeds attract lorikeets.

Hardy and very fast-growing, making it an excellent feature, shade, and ornamental tree for larger gardens.

- Attracts honeyeaters
- Host plant for Ulysses Butterfly

Natural Habitat: Rainforest
Aspect: Partial Sun/Shade, Full Sun
Soil/Conditions: Well-drained, Moist
