Successful candidates must be able to:

- Work autonomously or as part of a team
- Provide evidence of Certificate III in painting and decorating
- Pay extreme attention to detail
- Provide own tools and transport
- Obtain public liability and personal injury insurance
- Provide ABN
- Maintain clean, safe and tidy workspace

J. Austin Painting and Decorating are pleased to announce our second apprenticeship availability. We currently have an opportunity for a full time painting apprenticeship in the Sunshine Coast region. The position is suited to a motivated, reliable person looking to begin a career in a trade with potential to advance their career in the future.

The successful applicant will :
- Be reliable
- Be punctual
- Be able to follow instructions
- Have good work ethic
- Have an eye for detail
- Have a fervent desire to learn
- Have own transportation

Throughout the apprenticeship you will get to experience a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial painting. From preparing substrates to applying the finishing touches, we plan to get our apprentice working closely with experienced professionals. Offering award wages and giving every opportunity to develop your skills, we hope to see you grow both personally and professionally.
