Coastal buildings need more than a basic filter clean.
This apartment building is roughly 500m from the beach, with rooftop air conditioning equipment exposed to salt air, rain, heat and storm weather year round.
Alongside the standard service, we also carry out rust treatment on the outdoor units to help slow down coastal corrosion.
It is a small part of the service, but an important one.
