3 weeks ago our community lost the beautiful Balin Stewart 16 years to a life changing decision made by another boy to take a knife to a fight which ended in a terrible tragedy.
Statistics show, carrying a knife often starts as a way for teens to avoid becoming a victim. Unfortunately, it’s when things get out of hand, tempers flare... that bystanders, or victims like Balin, who lost his life way too soon.

Please help by sharing this message & talking with your children about carrying knives. This could’ve all been avoided had this new trend to carry a knife not have been started.
Rest In Peace Balin 🤍🤎🤍
