This sunken lounge room is ready for action. We previously sealed the internal wall behind the plasterboard & onto the slab. Now returning just prior to carpet installation to complete the floor to avoid damage from other trades. An Australian made product Gripset C-1P is the go-to for positive & negative waterproofing applications. .
