Clearing Rates/Variables
For safety reasons we work in minimum teams of 2 people, equaling $120 an hour. We have a minimum charge of $240, or two hours work with two people. Efficiency is subject to many variables such as; density of w**ds, terrain angles and rocky ground, however in good conditions a team of 2 has managed to clear an acre of lantana in 8 hours (low density Lantana, under 2m high)
. Also there’s 29 different types of lantana here in Australia, making each job completely different. Alternatively areas may have multiple noxious w**d varieties, which may slow down the clearing process. Seasonal influences
There are some seasonal factors which may affect business operations, such as;
Wet weather can prevent clearing operations. In hot weather we may decide to do ‘split shifts’, thus creating a means of avoiding the hottest time of the day. It would be wise to clear land before spring and summer, reducing fire risk. Payment
We do not offer any credit or payment systems to customers, the payments options are as follows:
Payments will be received through a cash payment, bank transfer, direct bank deposit or cheque. All invoices are payable within 4 business days
