A renovation of a 1970s heritage listed house. A house that once belonged to Sir Roy Grounds and his son next door.

A 3 storey 2 bedroom house once neglected and in a dire state has been injected with new life and converted into a 4 bedroom + secondary dwelling for contemporary living.

This special floor to ceiling joinery piece is discovered at the top of the stairs; Playful holes carved amongst the shelves connecting to the staircase behind.
