This allows us to perform a large variety of tasks involving carpentry, metalwork painting and grout and tiles to say a few. When we don't have the tool or equipment for a specific job, we hire to fill the void (example scaffold) or where we think we will use again and again, we purchase. Our most recent acquisition is our Graco 390 PC airless sprayer. Not to mention our 3800 PSI Bar pressure washer, an early purchase for cleaning of driveways, paths and exterior surfaces.

Extra Hand Property Maintenance can design, make, and install custom-made handrailing. This example was completed this week. All parts were welded in lightweight aluminium, powder coated in "Dune" matt finish, and fixed securely using strong fixings.
