Swan Hill Rural City Council has opened applications for the Business Facade Improvement Program, offering matched funding of up to $5,000 to eligible businesses for facade improvements.
The program includes external repainting and surface preparation, providing an opportunity for business owners to professionally refresh their building exteriors and improve street presentation.
Di Palma’s Painting Service, a locally based painting business with experienced employees, can provide quotations for external painting works that may be included as part of a grant application.

Business Facade Improvement Program – Applications Now Open
Swan Hill Rural City Council is rolling out a great support program to help local businesses refresh and revitalise their shopfronts.
Eligible landlords and traders with a street frontage can now apply for matched funding of up to $5,000 on a 1:1 contribution to improve the look and feel of their façade.
Works can include repainting, new signage, exterior lighting, digital displays, awning upgrades, minor repairs and more. All designed to lift street appeal and strengthen our retail precincts.
This program not only supports local businesses but also encourages the use of local trades and suppliers, keeping the economic benefit right here in our region.
