This 1930s home had its veranda floor done the old-school way bricks laid straight on the ground and rendered over the top.

The owners wanted to keep that original character but bring it back to life… and that’s exactly what we delivered

We meshed the entire area to strengthen it and help prevent future cracking, followed by a polymer base coat, an acrylic second coat, and finished it off with a fresh textured finish.

Keeping the charm, upgrading the quality solid result all round 👌

This dwelling in Wallacia received the Profinish touch.
All downpipes were removed and patched, structural cracks were repaired, and the entire surface was finished in a Grain 146 texture with Silk Wort colour.

Another solid transformation with a clean, durable finish.

This customer in Silverdale initially contacted A1 pool cleaning to inspect their pool, as years of acid, salt, and general pool chemicals had begun to corrode the concrete surface.

A1 then reached out to us at Profinish Render Coatings to carry out an inspection and complete the required repairs. Fortunately, the pool wasn’t in severe condition and only required minor repairs to drummy sections, along with a skim coat of render over the corroded areas.

We have now completed our scope of works, and the project has been handed back over to A1 Pool Cleaning, who will be applying a chlorinated rubber coating across the entire pool to complete the restoration
