This old bath was severely cracked. Turns out it’s a bathtub that’s set into a metal frame they just pop onto the side.

The reason for the crack? The don’t bother to add support underneath the base of the bath. This could have resulted In the tenant falling through the bath and getting hurt!!

Why! Why do people invent such things? These are dangerous! Lucky I had enough bricks and materials to create a new base so now the tenant can be assured they won’t fall through it 👍🏽

Water was leaking in through a number of the spa jets and the home owner didn’t have the funds to do a full bathtub replacement.
