Introducing Amber. Pt.1 ✨☺️

Amber features a unique French floor plan with an undercover courtyard separating the garage from the main dwelling, although from the façade, it appears as one.

A clean French traditional front with quoining, corbelling, detailed balustrades and circular entry columns, with the courtyard tucked quietly behind.

Step inside, and the entry formal lounge sets the tone entirely. A grand circular staircase rises through double-height ceilings finished with wainscotting and a coffered ceiling above, a feature chandelier drawing the eye upward while framing views straight out to the pool. It’s the kind of space that stops people mid-sentence.

The ground floor is both generous and well considered. A guest suite and study sit alongside an open-plan kitchen with scullery and laundry tucked neatly behind. A powder room in a deep, confident blue adds a moment of personality. Large sliding doors connect the lounge and dining to the alfresco, making the transition between inside and out effortless.

Upstairs, three kids’ bedrooms, each with walk-in robes, one princess suite, and an open sitting area at the top of the staircase looking out over the northern aspect void. The master is spacious and quietly luxurious, with a generous walk-in robe, a beautiful ensuite, and balcony access.

Every grand home begins with a brief. For this French provincial in Turramurra, that meant a grand entryway and keeping the existing pool. A soaring void and circular staircase greet you on entry. Three void sections span the first floor; the kitchen and dining open to the alfresco and pool; and upstairs, a kids’ retreat, en-suites bedrooms, and a north-facing master suite with a curved ensuite wall.

Swipe ➡️ French Provincial is all about getting the balance right.

This facade is built around symmetry. The central entry features a recessed arched portico with a feature front door, and directly above it sits a central balcony flanked by two smaller Juliet balconies. Strong horizontal cornice lines separate the levels and give the home clear definition from the street.

Rendered exterior in a light, neutral tone. Simple window trim detailing. Stepped massing that creates depth. The double garage integrates cleanly on the right side.

Balanced composition, thoughtful detailing, nothing overdone.

Designed to suit a corner block with a natural slope, this three-storey home makes smart use of the site without overcomplicating the layout.

The garage sits at the basement level with additional storage and a lift that connects all three floors, making day-to-day living easy and practical.

From the moment you enter, the curved staircase and formal living space create a strong first impression, with a double-height void bringing light and a real sense of scale through the home.

The main living level is open and flexible, featuring a guest suite, study, powder room, laundry, mudroom, and a generous kitchen, living, and dining area that flows straight out to the alfresco.

Upstairs, the bedrooms wrap around the central void, keeping the spaces light and connected. Each of the three children’s bedrooms includes a walk-in robe and ensuite, with a sitting area at the top of the stairs.

The master suite is tucked away at the rear, opening onto a private balcony with northern views, and finished with a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite.
