FTA Project is proud to be apart of the beautiful heritage listed, 19th century Rossmore Anglican Church (former Holy Innocents' Anglican Church) external restoration and upgrade project after 170 years!

The works included
- Replaced old asbestos and timber roof shingles with new galvanised heritage roof
- Remediation and replacement of the exterior stonework
- Repointing of stone and brick work
- Replaced the beautiful portico

Heritage Architect: Paul Davies Pty Ltd
Builder: Aurify Constructions
Timeframe – 6 months, there was a little delay in completing this project due to the heavy rain and wind during the construction program.
Great collaboration between all involved, particularly with the builder and the Architect.

Hi everyone, this is another government construction project we delivered for NSW Land & Housing Corporation in Guildford. This is a re-development project consisting of 10 x senior's living apartments.

The construction project involved the demolition of two existing dwellings including landscaping, fencing, and parking spaces.

It was a pleasure to manage and deliver this successful project with builder Berlina Projects, architect Barry Rush & Associates, civil engineers Marline Newcastle, structural engineer Michael Ell and landscaping Ray Fuggle & Associates.

We were engaged in the management of the design, build and fitout of the Industrial Warehouse for the ITD Department of Education, NSW Government (Information Technology Division). Learn more here: http://bit.ly/3USeodp
This included:

✅ Procurement of various trades, furniture and storage packages
✅ Coordination and deliveries to site and occupation certificate upon completion;
✅ Trade packages included storage, commercial shelving and racking, office fitout including workstations, file storage, and installation of a security system to protect the departments IT assets.
✅ Management of relocation from the existing warehouse to the newly built warehouse which involved the procurement of removalists and ensuring the move was operational and a seamless delivery and transition.
✅ Planning & Collaborating with technical IT trade services including electrical contractors, security contractor for CCTV and access control and mechanical contractors.
The Project was delivered on time and on budget to the satisfaction of our client NSW Department of Education, ITD Warehouse.

I purchased this Whiskey decanter in 2009, the last time Parramatta Eels made the NRL Grand Final but never drank from it. My dad Joe (who passed away early this year) was also a massive fan of Parramatta Eels. I promised my dad in 2009 I'd share a drink with him from this Whiskey decanter next time Parramatta made the Grand Final. So here we are. Regardless of who wins today, it's a big day for the Eels, myself and my Heavenly Father. Go Parra!

Unfortunately since March, we have seen other highly reputable builders go under and many builders struggling with the cost of materials rising and the unbearable impact on their cash flow. Our article provides a few tips to mitigate risk and also help our fellow builders in the process in these challenging times. Leadership, collaboration, negotiation along with empathy is essential to help our fellow builders and deliver a successful project to completion.
