We are looking for a Landscape Labourer who has a dynamic and positive “can do” mindset to join our energetic team.

The position involves working on our high-end residential properties from Sydney Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore areas tending to landscaping needs of our clients.

This is a role where you will be working at our clients properties in a small team to build and co-ordinate the construction and delivery of a landscape project.

What we’re looking for from you

• Construction White Card
• Labouring experience
• Planting, laying/installing turf, top soiling, mulching
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Demonstrated experience in residential landscaping works
• Must be punctual, well organised and hardworking and have a professional manner and good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• NSW drivers licence

This is a role where you will be working at our clients properties in a small team to build and co-ordinate the construction and delivery of a landscape project.
You will be working on the tools, setting out and also reading plans. You will be working with our subcontractors and you will have leadership of a Construction Manager that will assist you when required.

What we’re looking for from you

• Management of on-site activities and ensuring budgets are met
• Supervision of staff and subcontractors
• Client liaising
• Track and record all job expenses
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Essential criteria you will need to be successful

• Minimum 3-5 years on site experience including site set out and site management
• Experience leading a small team
• Demonstrated experience in residential landscaping works
• Must be punctual, well organised and hardworking and have a professional manner and good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• NSW drivers licence
• White card licence
• TAFE qualifications

We’re in the market for a qualified Horticulturist rock star who has a dynamic and positive “can do” mindset to join our energetic team.

• Experience with equipment such as hedge trimmers, mowers, whipper snippers and blowers.
• Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others
• Possession of a Manual driving license.

To be considered for these roles it would be beneficial if you had the following

• Construction Induction Card
• Chainsaw ticket
• Experience in high end residential gardens
• Cert 2 or 3 in Horticulture
• Chemcert certificate

Experience in the following would be highly regarded

• Irrigation
• Pest and disease identification/control
• Green keeping
• Detailed hedging
