✨ WE’RE HIRING ✨

Naz Design is looking for a part-time Interior Designer (approximately 3 days per week) to join our studio in Crows Nest, Sydney.

This is an in-office role, focused on the creative side of design, with an emphasis on SketchUp, furniture sourcing, styling and procurement for luxury residential projects.

This role is ideally suited to someone with around 1–3 years of industry experience who has worked in a boutique residential design studio and is looking to grow their creative skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Advanced SketchUp skills (essential)
• A strong eye for interiors and styling
• Experience sourcing furniture, lighting, artwork and décor
• Strong product knowledge and familiarity with Australian and international furniture, lighting and décor brands
• Experience with furniture procurement and supplier coordination
• Proficiency in Canva and Programa for creating client presentations and specification boards

Hidden beneath this full home renovation, an entire level has been dedicated to slowing down. A private wellness retreat where natural stone, warm timber and soft light shape every experience.

From the garden-framed bathroom to the sauna, gym and entertaining spaces beyond, each room was designed to feel connected, calm and quietly luxurious.

Excited to share that Freshwater Residence has been featured in the The Local Project — our second feature with them.

Set against the coastline of Freshwater, this home was designed to feel calm, refined and deeply connected to its surroundings. Rather than leaning into a predictable coastal aesthetic, we focused on creating a timeless family home grounded in natural materials, warmth and functionality.
