This is a job at loftus, for a van house which will be craned in. I graded the site to van house specs with a maximum fall of 300mm over 10 plus meters. Smooth finish as most will be covered by van and will tend not get mouldy or have a residual build up .d_concrete

This was a job for a close client friend. He wanted to grind and level garage as it flooded when drains was blocked. Once paint was removed I set out the levels and found whoever did the job didn't own a level. I wasn't able to audit the are as it needed 70mm lift at rear of floor to have falls towards front. We decided to go with the Concrite topping mix which is good for 10mm to 70mm use. A quick swipe with the trowel and this floor looks mint.

Turning this plain Area into an entertaining oasis. Client wanted to tie the existing pizza oven to a modern Inbuilt fire pit area and entertaining patio which will get a new roof . The fire pit will have seating built all around perimeter and the retaining wall was installed to help level remaining grass area .We collaborated with plumber and dug out the trenches for new amenities and services for bbq and kitchenette and then backfilled and compacted,topped with dust and plassed mesh and concrete for this great finish and modern look.

Another job done , this is a special one , as this ramp is for an elderly lady( 97 years to be exact) acces ramp for her scooter. This was paid for by the home care company looking after the client. She was extremely please to see she can now easily get in and out of her home without using the stairs . These are the jobs that give me more satisfaction as I know ive done my part in providing freedom and safety to the client.

Nice small in and out job over art Marickville. I was recommended byba family member ive done work for. Always rewarding when I get to do a recommended job. Elderly lady with impaired vision was tripping on garden bed so we removed and concreted so no more trip hazard.Some throw on colour for now until it gets resurfaced. d_concrete

Back at Blakehurst after installation of turn table complete. Graded area and added 18lm of 240mm heal guard grates. This 150mm 32mpa slab is finished with machine and then light broom , to be resurfaced along with driveway once cured. Back for expansion cuts and clean up.
