Celebrating my 6th year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉 yesterday and today I am loping some palm trees and some acacia trees for a customer who I did it for a very low price and I am hoping that it will bring me more work so I did it for enough profit but I could of put another 2k on top but like I said I am helping the lady out who couldn’t afford the three lowest quotes so I smashed the price and I am getting another company in to chip the palm fronds and I cut up the trunks into manageable pieces and I will clean up the area and then job is done. Last one before Xmas and I am working through Xmas so if you need a handyman or a new kitchen or bathroom give me a call and I’ll come out and give you a free quote, I can do everything from the ground floor up to the walls and gyprock, ceilings and roofing as well. Piers leveled and a few re laid and we had to jack up a few bearers to get them out from under the pressure and then stack them properly and then put the ant cover on then re settle the beam back on top, there was not much room for us to move around so it was a tricky job but we finished it and the customer was very happy and so was I. A few of the floors were not leveled either so we had to put in some support bearers in and screw some 8 inch deck screws into the support beam and then into the bearer, after that we got what we were after, we lifted the floor to make it level and it will also stay like that for 5-10 years. But the old houses were not laid properly, no footings or foundations at all so the piers will just sink into the dirt or when it rains they will get soaked and then they will fall over even worse, so we can only re level them and then tell the owner that the best way to fix it is to put in footings so they last for 20 years. But people don’t want to spend the money on their investment properties until something happens and it’s catastrophic and then they are up for a lot more money then doing it the proper way from the beginning.

Full kitchen, bathroom and whole house renovation east Ryde

Full house renovation for a very good mate, from a full demolition of all interior, bathroom, kitchen and carpets.

Renovation: from Win/ winn renovations and handymen services
Includes: full kitchen renovation from full cabinetry and melinite look a like marble bench tops, double sink with modern mixer tap ware’s, new oven and state of the are eco friendly cook top. Soft close doors and draws.

Bathroom renovation:
Full demolition , due to heavy termite damage and loads of asbestos we had to do the whs asbestos removal procedures, then after all asbestos was removed we had a lot of damaged studs and bearers eaten out by termites. So we had to replace 90% of the bathroom wall studs and laundry wall studs.
Now we’re about to get the plumber and sparky in to finish the mixer swapping and then I’ll waterproof the entire bathroom with x3 coats of waterproofing and then the tiler comes in and works his magic, il install the vanity, shower and finish off the painting.

Then we decided to floating floorboard the entire home, but when we removed the carpet we discovered a quiet awesome surprise, floorboards and beautiful condition for sanding and polishing. So I’ll post more content as we are finishing.
