FAQ: How long does Corkon take to dry?

Getting the drying right is key to a clean, durable finish.
Here’s what you need to know 👇

👉🏼 Between coats : Allow around 6 to 12 hours before applying the next layer.

👉🏼 Conditions matter : Warm, dry weather speeds things up. Cool or humid conditions? Give it more time.

👉🏼 Protect the surface : Avoid direct sun, rain, wind or frost while drying.

👉🏼 Full curing : Corkon typically cures within 24 hours to a few days, depending on thickness and environment.

Because great results don’t come from rushing, they come from doing it right 😉

On this Toyota Coaster build with , the approach was simple: focus on what actually makes a difference.

Because here’s the reality : When you’ve got large windows, no matter how much bulk insulation you pack into the walls or ceiling, you’ll still have temperature loss.

So we focused on what matters most :
