Very poor and messy job of attempting to re-point ridge cappings, pointed straight over old cracks instead of grinding back to create a new bond (see this a lot) all cracked again now

Painted over broken tiles

Silicone everywhere

This roof now has multiple leaks after being restored

Prime all roof tiles✅

2x top coat of monument paint✅
