Running a building company comes with an unhealthy level of stress.
After giving up alcohol nearly 6 years ago, I’ve had to find healthier ways to release the pressure.
Training for Hyrox with my daughter at F45 Matraville has been an absolute Godsend.
Last week we competed at Brisbane Hyrox — and it felt incredible.
Grateful for the sweat, the grind, and the bond this has built. 💪❤️

2020 wasn’t the greatest year globally but if nothing else it’s helped us appreciate the ones closest to us and be grateful for the simple things.
We’re excited to have Evan Manning join the team as a first year apprentice.
We’re proud of Alex McAndrew for losing 25kgs with the help of F45matraville.
