Setting the mood for Hunters Hill Cottage.

For this home, we wanted to embrace a moodier, more intimate palette while still respecting the character and natural light of the original cottage.

Deep charcoal tones create depth, layered with warm brass, richly veined stone and touches of burgundy for contrast. Together, the materials bring a sense of drama and warmth without losing the feeling of home.

Mosman Harbour View House is about creating moments of ease throughout the home, spaces that feel inviting, comfortable and connected to their surroundings.

Soft forms, layered textures and carefully selected pieces bring warmth and personality, while the harbour outlook becomes part of the interior itself.

It’s often the details you barely notice that make a space feel truly resolved.

At our Port Douglas Project, we considered everything from recessed curtain tracks and custom air conditioning grates to handle pulls, door hinges and built-in bedside lamps.

Textural plaster walls and leather-finished marble add another layer, bringing softness and tactility to the home’s relaxed Port Douglas palette.

Individually, they’re small decisions. Together, they’re what give the home its sense of refinement and ease.

The part of the project nobody sees, but it's where everything gets decided.

It's hard to imagine the finished home when you're standing in an empty shell.

But this is where every project begins.

Walking through the space, reviewing plans on site and making decisions before walls are finished, joinery is installed or furniture finds its place. It's the stage where the vision starts becoming something tangible.
