PROJECT UPDATE !!!!!
Remember this home we shared back in August last year?
This full house renovation began as an insurance job but was left unfinished due to cash flow issues, sitting dormant for over five years. Last year, a new owner purchased this incredible property in Greenwich and entrusted us to bring it back to life.
The project was placed on hold for a few months while we worked closely with the client to resolve several challenges and determine the best way forward. With those issues now sorted, we’re back full steam ahead.
So far, we’ve stripped out and re-framed the majority of the home, upgraded the electrical, and installed new structural beams to support the interior. We’ve also sheeted and prepared the internal granny flat, opened up a space for a new staircase, and fitted ducted air conditioning throughout.
Big progress and even bigger plans ahead — watch this space. We’re getting very excited about what’s to come.
